The Pour Grief Edition: a wellness experience for the woman grieving someone, something, or a season, in Jacksonville, Florida. Golden pouring imagery with burgundy flowers.
There is room for you here

When loss knocks
over your cup.

Sometimes loss feels like the wind has been knocked out of you. Someone is gone. Something has changed. A season has ended—and you are trying to keep pouring from a cup that feels empty.

You may still be showing up for everyone else while carrying a void of your own. You do not have to carry it alone.

The Pour: Grief Edition is a one-day, faith-based wellness experience for women to pause, receive support, and make room for God’s comfort. Come as you are, with room for your grief and the possibility of joy again.

You have poured through the pain.
Now let yourself receive.

Joy can fill your cup again without erasing the love, memories, or meaning of what you have lost.

A thoughtful space to be poured into

Care for your heart.
Room for your whole self.

01

Faith & inner healing

Prayer, spiritual encouragement, guided reflection, and inner-healing prayer. Optional deliverance ministry is voluntary, and you never have to share your story publicly.

02

Nervous system regulation & practical support

Grief education and practical implementation of nervous system regulation tools through gentle breathing, grounding, and intentional pauses. Learn ways to notice stress, ask for support, and build rhythms of care you can carry into everyday life.

03

Rest & connection

Thoughtful hospitality, space to pause, and meaningful connection with women navigating loss. An invitation to receive without having to perform.

Before the holiday season

Make a plan for care,
rather than carrying it alone.

The holidays can make the absence of someone, something, or a season feel even greater. Give yourself a moment to receive support before the season begins.

If seasonal depression or the urge to isolate has been weighing on you, this is an opportunity to build connection, receive encouragement, and explore practical ways to care for yourself through the months ahead.

This experience offers wellness education, community, and ministry. It does not replace professional mental-health care.
